BERRY GOOD

A super dark chocolate with an easy, ice cream-like melt. We make this bar with unsweetened Tanzanian cacao from Kokoa Kamili, freeze dried strawberries, and shredded coconut and that's it! At 80% cacao, this bar is strong, bright, and more tart than sweet. 

Tasting note: This bar contains no added sugars or sweeteners. Despite being an 80% bar, it is closest in flavor to our 100% cacao bar.
